Eddie was very easy to work with. We made many changes to our project and I appreciated his flexibility and customer service. He made sure to come out and reinspect the space as design changes were made. He is very professional and his communication is excellent. He is very accessible. I can’t say enough about Ed and his very talented crew. My husband and I threw a pretty wicked screw ball at these guys and they totally knocked it out of the park. To say it was an easy kitchen remodel would be the biggest understatement of the century. From the beginning Ed was ALWAYS available to answer questions and he listened to our concerns whole heartedly. We’ve worked with “professionals” who would rather be right than do the right thing. We spoke with a few contractors before deciding to work with Ed and couldn’t be more happy with our decision. Ed is so focused on doing the RIGHT thing, he even told us, “if you guys decide to go with another contractor and something doesn’t seem right, call me and I will help guide you in the right direction”. I couldn’t believe that an owner of a company would be willing to help the competition if it meant we were taken care of. That is Ed and his extremely competent crew in a nut shell. A project this size doesn’t come without some surprises that can cause an increase in price. When those inevitable albeit expensive surprises came, and boy did they come, Ed was able to save us money on the back end to help with the costs. You will never be “nickel and dimed” if you sign a contract with Ed. We are so happy with our kitchen and can’t believe this miracle was completed in less than 3 months!! Our family’s lives have definitely been changed with this amazing updated kitchen! All 5 of us can now be together and enjoy each other’s company while making dinner or just simply hanging out in the kitchen! Which is really where you spend most of your home time anyway if we’re honest! If you’re looking for a contractor to do the BEST job, stop looking and call him now!! You won’t regret it. Ed, Daniel, Gus, and Juan make a great team and won’t let you down!! Thanks for all you’ve done, guys. You’ll always be thought of with fondness while we truly ENJOY our kitchen.

Can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was working with the Master Craft & Design team. They were professional, polite and kind.
