Homeowners who live in their homes, do NOT hire this company. I realized too late this is the kind of business that’s for shady house flippers and landlords trying to get a passable look but it doesnt do any real restoration. (I hired them to refinish the bathtub and surrounding tiles)The technician didn’t seem to do any surface prep. The tub had chipped paint from a previous refinish job before we bought our place (contractor for that is unknown). After this job, you can now see the bumps between the old chipped coat under the new coat. I assumed he would have scraped away the old coat, but he just went over whatever was existing there already. No surface prep. The paint ran in some places, and there are already a few cracks just 3 days after having the work done. The technician put the plunger and toilet scrubber in our sink which is disgusting. He ran a vent through the bedroom window which left paint dust and paint chips in the window screen. He also didn’t block the toilet apparently because there were paint chips floating in it. And on top of that, there is damage to the wall now. He must have bumped into it and put a hole in the wall. In the picture, you can see the hole (the tile was already broken so he didn’t do that though).Again, homeowners that live in the house, avoid this company. I feel so incredibly ripped off and worried the chemicals used to do this actually puts my family and me at risk. I am banging my head over going this route and hiring this company. You would think the picture I posted were “before” but unfortunately these are all “after”

Amazing, Amazing results! Ramon was extremely diligent and professional in all the prep work and application of the product. I would highly recommend FG Tub Refinishing to anyone looking to make their bath look new again! And I say this as a former longterm customer of 3in1 Bath Refinishing, whose inflated estimate was almost triple what FG charged me — and 3in1’s customer service was absolutely awful.

We absolutely hate our kitchen counter tops and Fidel came in and created a whole new look in one afternoon without breaking the bank. I have already referred him to several neighbors.

This one's for the ladies, didn't realize this would post under my husbands name, I just want to clarify even though I am ignorant to the trade-as a female, Fidel made sure I knew what to expect on how the process should go. So, I have had a tub problem for 3 yrs. now (it was a brand new tub that was tiled in, and the side wall cracked due to poor workmanship so it had to be built up). Since then recoating it has been a nightmare. The 2 vendors sent out by the warranty company did not compare to FG Tub & Tile. The only thing I'll say about the other companies is in the before picture you can see in 6months their work was cracking, those spots that look like water drops are actully dust particles they sealed into the tub, and uneven application are the dark spots. Fidel worked w/ me in my complicated situation, gave me a resonable quote, & took the time to explain the process. THEY WERE ON TIME!!!! Thoughtful of my schedule, and took pride in their work. When doing the non-slip application Raymondo checked in w/ me to make sure it felt right to my liking. There aren't very many tradesmen out there that have integrity when it comes to their work, most just want to get it done, but this company understands the importance of integrity & quality workmanship. My tub looks like it came directly from the factory.The 1st 2 photos are b-4 the repair & the last 4 are after. Since July of 2023 when I had it refinished I have since had 2 small chip repairs b/c my kids keep dropping the shampoo bottles and they come out to fix it for a small fee. No issues to get on their schedule and still quality work.
