I chose Dynasty Innovations to do both my kitchen and master bath, and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Marcello, the first day he came to my home to measure and going over the scope of work with us. About a week later we received a well written proposal outlining the work we discussed. After we reviewed the proposal and discussed wit with Marcello we decided to move ahead with Marcello And Dynasty Innovations. He then set up an appointment with Dynasty Innovations in house designer Edward to help in designing our projects as well as helping with the finish material selection. They both made it such an easy experience because I have to say I have no sense of design.Their contractors were nice, polite and professionals at what they do.I am in love with my NEW kitchen and master. I know I made the right decision choosing Dynasty Innovations. They were always reachable if Marcello couldn't get back to me I would get a call back from their wonderful office staff. Marcello and his crew really take pride in what they do, to the last final detail. Overall it's been a pleasure dealing with both of them. I'm glad I finally got the courage to renovate my home.

We had the privilege of working with Marcello on two bathroom remodeling projects. In both, the bathrooms were gutted and then done from scratch. For simplicity, I'll focus the review on the master bath - a larger project.From the initial design stages, Marcello was flexible and accommodating in meeting with us at our house for evening or weekend appointments. It was great not to have to take off work to schedule these appointments within the confines of a standard 9-5 day that most businesses are open. Marcello brought samples & catalogs for us to begin the process of choosing each item; based on his experience in the industry, he was able to help guide us toward good quality, solid brands (for materials) that were still within our price range. Arnie was respectful of our budget, and we feel that we got a great value in the end for what we spent. On several occasions, Marcello met us at a showroom so that we could work together to choose items. We were not left floundering to come up with everything by ourselves.During the demolition phase, our house remained very clean. Dynastys crew took care to mask off the rest of the house. Throughout the project, we didn't have to do any cleanup ourselves (which is not something to be taken for granted, because that's not necessarily typical of all painters/contractors/handymen/etc.)Marcello was very professional, a hard worker, and responsive to email and phone calls. If we have another remodeling project in the future, we will not hesitate to contact them again.

We gathered a few referrals from friends to find a contractor for a major remodeling project on our home.After meeting with 3 companies, my wife and I felt the most comfortable with Marcello's personable approach and professionalism.His Architect joined us for our next meeting and designed the whole floor plan and explained all the ins and outs.The process started in late October, and by December 1st their team of architects and engineers had plans stamped and approved by the city.The project included adding 2,500sqft, relocating the kitchen into the addition, knocking down load bearing walls to expand the living and dining rooms, a second story addition, remodeling 3 bathrooms completely, a new roof, new floors, painting both exterior and interior and replacing all windows and doors.Like any major project, changes were made along the way and a few hick ups arose, but everything was taken care of promptly and courteously.Workers were here every day and did great work at a great pace. The office always updated us on the progress and answered our every question.Marcello will always promptly take care of your every concern, and Bart just has the best eye for design, fixtures finishes and styles. He spent endless hours walking us thru custom cabinetry design, tile and fixtures selections. They also had great vendor relationships which saved us some money on items such as our cabinets.We are now moving back in to a practically brand new home, all in just over 4 months.The results are beautiful and we feel confident that they have our back if we ever need them for questions concerns or repairs.We will gladly recommend them, and have actually already introduced them to our neighbor.Don't start your project without AT LEAST consulting with them first!

I'll start by saying when dealing with construction companies in Chicago you really don't know what your going to get and was definitely frustrating getting estimates from multiple companies.Dynasty stood out and was truly personable from the start which made me feel comfortable right off the bat.My husband and I just bought our first home all while just having our newborn baby so we were really excited to start remodel and move in already!Marcello (who runs the business) patiently went over everything with us while in our home to go over what we wanted. He was very patient and had some great ideas!After signing the contract, their crew started working on our house 2 days later.We did everything from removing carpets and adding wood floors throughout, new interior paint, custom wood & glass railing in the living room, adding lattice details, framing, opening up walls to make the space bigger, remodeling a bathroom, making a couple of changes in the kitchen, and had some small repairs on the roof along with removing some mold from 2 ceilings.My husband and I came by the house a couple of times and everything seemed to be taken care of which made us feel so at ease. Even the little things like covering all the light fixtures and putting plastic over the tile to protect it. Marcello his crew were extremely nice and seemed to move along fairly quickly while doing a great job! I have never seen a contractor work so quickly yet so thoroughly paying attention to detail. He even did a couple of extra things for us that weren't on the contract and didn't charge us extra for it.We moved into our beautiful home a month and half later. We couldn't believe it was our home and are truly moved by the workmanship that was done.I highly recommend this company as everything went so smoothly all along the way with no problems. They are very reliable and trustworthy.I would highly recommend them!

I was extremely lucky enough to stumble across Dynasty Innovations while shopping for a 5 star, highly rated contractor to take over a bathroom remodel project in my home which was not going very well. I will not get into too much detail about the first two "contractors" that I hired and fired, but let's just say the first two turned out not to be licensed and had no idea what they were doing.When I first called Dynasty Innovations, one of the receptionists had initially stated they usually book appointments with the owners a week or two in advance. However, after I explained my situation, the receptionist called Marcello on his cell; Marcello dropped everything he was doing and met me in less than an 3 hours. Marcello's experience and knowledge was immediately evident; he pointed out so many things the previous contractors had missed which would have cost me dearly later. I signed the contract the next day, the bathroom remodel was completed much sooner than scheduled and the finished product turned out much much better than I had hoped for. Without a doubt, Dynasty Innovations will be my go-to company for all of my future projects.
