We contracted a bathroom project with star bath. Overall decent work, but we were overcharged by around $2,000 from the original estimate, and we were not notified of this until the work was completed. Lots of punch list (mostly sheetrock/paint) items were left unresolved and we had to take care of these ourselves.The contractors were all very friendly, especially the tilers, plumber, and GC. Would have given a higher rating if we had stayed within the negotiated price. For the price tag on this project, we had expected a more polished product, but the additional charges were the biggest issue for us.
