Legacy was one of four bids. They were not the cheapest - but Jose's presentation and help with the design was so helpful we went with them. We do not regret it one bit. As a matter of fact - it is rare to give 5 star right? So, here was our challenge: - we had my daughter at age 39 moving in with us due to a progression in her disability. We did not have an ADA bath. Legacy brought in the team of John and Eddie. Consummate professionals in every area including communication and also advocacy at one point. They really were the most fun, respectful and true craftsmen in their work. Solution: They converted a walk in shower with glass doors and a lip with a separate toilet room, into a assisted shower with a teak folding seat and non slip floors into the open toilet area. They widened doors so our daughter could go into the closet and added a custom roll under vanity cabinet. We had very ugly tile in the bath before - it was BLACK SLATE! It was sharp and oh so ugly! We also replaced that around the tub. We are so very happy with our bath for her and so is she! A place where we can eventually get a hoyer into if needed and lots of grab bars. We were promised a date to start early on and believe you me - Laura (scheduler) was only one day off to start. End date extended one day. What kind of remodeling company gets that close. Even with changes! AMAZING! Everything was so professional in communication, (Jose's follow up is impeccable) design and execution. Please if you are reading this review - hire them. You won't be sorry. I will also add this, for someone thinking they can't do this alone - with the design, communication, greeting workers and accounting - you can! With this company you can! Their online platform is so helpful for everything!

Did you choose my review? If you did, let me help you decide. First, the short version: 23 years we’ve been in this cookie-cutter house. My wife wanted a new bathroom. I wanted a new bathroom. We had different views on the bathroom though: she wanted a luxurious bathroom and I wanted affordable, obviously wanting the best result for an affordable price. We received both from Legacy Bath. Do yourself a favor, quit reading, and give them a call for at least a quote. You can thank me later when you’re standing in your brand-new bathroom looking around at something you thought was impossible.And of course, for you nerds 🤓 out there like me, the one who has a spreadsheet for every possible scenario, let me let you know how smooth it went. First of all, we met Kha Lee for the design consultation. A, if you’re lucky enough to meet Kha, continue to congratulate yourself on how much the universe loves you. And 2, he gave us exactly what we wanted. He explained everything and surprisingly enough came up with the price I was comfortable with, given my wife’s request. After 25 years, I wanted to give my wife what she wanted. However, it is always about the budget. We’ve waited 23 years to be able to afford it. And the wait, yes, it was worth it.Of course, there was a small delay while we ordered everything we needed for our particular taste. As they were able to accommodate exactly what we had pictured. But once they got everything in, I met Thomas and Matt. They showed up, introduced themselves, and got straight to it, along the way asking my opinion of where do you want this located? Where do you want that hung? I asked them for their professional opinion and chose everything they recommended. The job went very smoothly, considering it was a tear-down from the walls to the studs and relocating everything in my bathroom to make a bath/dressing room. But let me tell you what, these two are so talented and professional  (as I bet all of their crews are.) And yes, I was thankful the universe loved me enough to send me this crew.For the project completion, you ask? Well, they give you plenty of time, an entire month for your punch list. And while I know the basics of construction, there was an issue that I thought was going to be impossible to fix, but that’s when Mike, the project manager, came over to reassure me that he would find a plan. He listened to what my wife wanted corrected, and within two minutes, he came up with a plan for all of it. Yet, alas, I still thought it would take a couple of days of construction. Enter my new hero, Roberto Hernandez. He came in and explained what he was going to do to correct the issue and boy did he ever! This gentleman is so great at his job, I think he only worked maybe three hours on it at the most? I’ve worked 42 years in my industry and I don’t think I know as much about my industry as he knows about woodworking. My wife and I consider this man a miracle worker.And if you read the longer explanation, do yourself a favor and get started on this as quickly as possible. I was going to pay cash for it, but they have a 0% one-year grace period to pay in full. I put 25% down. The way they helped me walk through this was amazing customer service! Considering that this is the most money I’ve ever spent on my life to spend on my house for something that I had no idea how it was going to turn out. But, 😘, chef’s kiss 🥰😍!Hire them for the project. Ask questions and let them explain how ridiculously easy they are going to make it look. And no, I did not pay for the time they spent on the project. I paid for the experience these five individuals have. I had a shower done by legacy. The walls are porcelain slab. There is a rainfall shower head and a grabber bar that doubles as a handheld sprayer. They added a glass door and a niche as well. John and Eddy were the workers assigned. They had help on a few days from Abraham who was in training. Every day they were punctual, and they cleaned the area lightly before leaving. They asked if I had questions at the beginning and the end of each day. The task took just a little over five days. They made it look easy, though I know it is not. They made sure to close the bathroom door during their work to keep dust and noise down which was well appreciated. The finished product looks excellent. The workers are excellent and you can trust them. The company has been professional start to finish. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants a premium remodeling project done right.
