We recently did a total makeover for our 24 year kitchen and chose TKS (and Stephanie) to complete the project. We could not be happier with the outcome of the project!Before starting, we researched local kitchen remodeling companies and interviewed two. Both were competent, experienced, and gave similar reasonable estimates for the complete project. We chose TKS for their design aesthetic and their project management team and approach.The designer and the TKS install team were beside us throughout the project. The install team (Ryan) and his electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, etc. were all professional, tidy, and extremely skilled. Any small issues that came up were resolved quickly.The project was completed on schedule and at the agreed upon price with no surprises. There were some change orders that we triggered of course, but they were all well explained and delivered with the same level of care. And, like everything now, it's more expensive than you think but once you look at what needs to be done you realize it's both fair and in line with other companies at this level.We are very happy to have worked with TKS: Stephanie, Ryan and their team to give us the kitchen we always wanted. We worked with TKS on the remodel of our kitchen, dining room and what we jokingly refer to as our "drinking lounge". Stephanie Cole and team were all first rate. She provided a number of creative proposals that we would have never conceived on our own. The construction lead was phenomenal, delivering the whole project without a major hiccup. We have worked with TKS through the entire design and construction process over the past year. To say that we are completely satisfied is an understatement. TKS transformed our home into a space that is beautiful, comfortable and livable. Initially, we shared our objectives and some inspirational photos with our expert designer, Stephanie Cole. Stephanie and her team put together a design that was beyond expectation. In addition to reflecting our objectives, the process was just plain fun. After the design phase, we found TKS’ construction teams to be professional, considerate and efficient. Our lead contractor and crews were always on time and communicated with us continuously. The work is of high quality and included carpentry, electrical, drywall, plumbing and more. TKS is a very well run integrated business and we recommend them to anyone seeking full-service, from design through execution with attention to detail and consideration for the customers’ objectives.
