Last summer my front porch started to buckle. Freeman Construction had done work at my mother's house so I contacted them to do the repairs. The issues were more extensive than it first appeared and required an extensive reconstruction. Jerry kept me informed every step of the way and his workers were all professional. The finished product is beautiful! I get compliments on a regular basis.

Just wanted to thank Jerry & his apprentice on a job WELL DONE!! Now if this cRaZy house was square in these doorways, it wouldn't have taken them as long. But even though the doorways were off, they adapted & solved every predicament they ran into professionally. Loving these new Larson storm doors! Thanks Guys!!!

Freeman Construction has been our General Contractor since 2013, and they have completed, with ultimate excellence, several projects for our older home. Whatever the task, Jerry Freeman would provide multiple options for review, all while considering the budget, the specific scenario, and future implications. He always tried to stay as flexible as possible with our schedule, he was on time, and he left the work area as clean as it was when he started. But one of the best attributes we admire in Freeman Construction is that the longer we worked with them, the more they became familiar with what we wanted, and how we wanted it done. So for our future projects, Jerry already has an idea of what we want, and how we want it done. And the final product is always the same: EXCELLENT!!! We have worked with Freeman Construction on a number of home maintenance projects and Jerry has provided excellent service and care! He takes care and attention to providing excellent work, as if our home were his own! It gives me peace of mind to know that Jerry is managing our home maintenance projects. I highly recommend them!

I can not recommend Jerry Freeman construction in good faith. He seemed friendly and professional at our first encounter but at the end of the job he had doubled my original estimate. I was not smart enough to realize what was going on until it was too late. I had two seperate neighbors approach me about his work ethic, One neighbor said he was not on the job most of the time but had his his partner do most of the work and when he was on the job " he held up the tree alot" Another neighbor reported he " carried one brick at a time" and although a wheelbarrow was available he never used it. Both neighbors concluded he was " padding his hours" I paid close to 20,000 for 11X 7 outside deck. I had another neighbor ask who did my deck and wanted Jerry's contact informtion after I told him the cost he said " My god that is highway robbery " " you could have had an entire new addition to your home for that cost. Again , I can not recommend Jerry freeman construction. I am thankful for my wonderful neighbors who alerted me to the situation or i would never had realized what was going on. I only post this in hope that someone can benefit from this and will be very careful that all details are communicated in full prior to hiring him. Please ask for a log of all his hours performed daily. Please look over any contract that is presented to you and ask for a copy prior to any work being started and have a copy of the contract. i was not provided with a copy of contract the until the job was done.
