After many quotes, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with Avon and his team to execute the vision that I had for the master bath. Five Star Bath came and renovated 3 bathrooms in my home. One of the plus points is that costs were upfront and it made budgeting this project easier than those who came and gave a "ballpark" figure. It has been about a year and everything has been working well and the team has been more than willing to address any issues that I may have (glass shower door not level, the towel rod is loose, etc.).Attached pictures show during the remodel as well as after for all 3 bathrooms. Painting was handled by a different vendor but the construction and layout of the bathrooms were done by Five Star Bath. Would use them again if I were to move to a different house. Absolutely love how the master bath turned out! Thank you for providing us the bathrooms we desired.

I recently had my hall bathroom remodeled by 5 Star Solutions of Lawrenceville, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the very beginning, Mr. Avon was extremely professional and clearly explained what the company could do for me. The entire process was smooth and efficient.The installers, William and Milagros, were both professional and trustworthy. They completed the tile demo and installation, as well as the new vanity and toilet, in just two days! Avon came over to look at our project and give us estimates. He was kind and very knowledgeable. He explained how the project was going to work and we agreed on the terms before he left my place and I handed him a check. He sent me an email next day to review the work and I responded back with few genuine questions on what was discussed in person. I was looking for clarity and confirmation before we started. The services he offered was more than expected, but instead of responding back to my email with yes or no, he somehow got offended and ended up canceling the deal. I reread my messages a few times and asked my wife to review and there was nothing I said that warranted that. I even apologized for asking the questions, but did not hear back from him. I understand that you have a business to run as an owner, but please don't run over your customer for asking questions when you ask them to review. My family and I were respectful to you at all times. Would've loved to see the project turn out but non the less, sharing my experience here.
