They were all friendly, considerate and pleasant to work with. Any issues that arose were corrected. The plumber found a defect in the tub ordered from the store and went out and got a new one. Working with Lou and Captivate Painting and Restoration was a very good experience. Everything discussed early on in the consultation was covered in the estimate, which was very comprehensive and competitive. The job was then executed with nearly military execution. Moreover, Lou was always responsive and communicative at every step, traits that can be missing elements in other contractors. The team was experienced and focused. We hired Captivate to replace our entire downstairs flooring. Lou and the rest of the Captivate team were great. From demolition to the final product, we were extremely satisfied with the work itself and the open line of communication from Lou throughout the process.
